Our store offers everything for the dancer, skater, gymnast & cheerleader, all under one umbrella. We cater to the beginner, all the way up to the professional. IF IT IS NOT, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU!! *Please note: All on-line purchases and/or returns cannot be handled through our retail store. If purchasing on-line, please handle your return on-line.* Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipment for an exchange or refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!! * * A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND * * We will not accept returns on the following items: TIGHTS, HAIR OR HAIR ACCESSORIES, UNDERGARMENTS, COSMETICS, EARRINGS, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, CUSTOM COSTUME EMBELLISHMENTS, CLEARANCE OR SALES ITEMS. All returned items: Must be in new, unworn, unwashed, resaleable conditions. Must be in the original, undamaged packaging, tags attached. Must include a copy of your original receipt. If you would like to do an exchange, please fill out an ORDER FORM, including all applicable information including, shipping charges. Otherwise a refund will be issued to you in the same payment method as the purchase. PLEASE NOTE: For check payments, a refund will be issued to you, by check, 15 days after payment has been received. *SHIPPING: DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL* When ordering through PayPals, please be aware that the shipping charges added to your order are for Domestic shipments only. International orders will be charged an additional amount at the time of shipment. You will be notified via E-MAIL of the additional shipping cost. We will accept either Visa or Mastercard. We will also need a proper shipping address. *SPECIAL ORDERS* Some items you may be interested in are Special Order Items.
